Words cannot express how grateful we are for you and your team for helping us in our journey to become parents. Our pride and joy, William, was born on August 24^th. He is perfect in every way. Thank you for the precious gift. 

To your staff, please extend my warmest appreciation. Their compassion, kindness, and guidance in every step helped us through this experience filled with a rollercoaster of emotions. 

I hope one day soon that you all will get to meet William in person. Until then, thank you again Dr. Winslow. You and your staff will never be forgotten by us.
