Dear Dr. Erb,

I truly don’t have the words to express my gratitude for all you’ve done for our family. Because of you my husband and I wake up each morning (well, and several times at night for me) and look at our beautiful son. Your kindness, generosity, knowledge, and skill have given us the best gift we’ve ever received. Every day with our sweet son is such a gift, and you made that possible. I had all but given up hope of ever having a biological child.
